My Story
​
I have recently returned home to Wellington, NZ after working, learning and raising a family in the US for 8 years.
​
I have integrated my Physiotherapy background with the wisdom of John Barnes' Myofascial Release methods, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, Acupuncture & Reiki.
​
With a license to teach Polestar Pilates, CoreAlign & the Oov, I provide a comprehensive approach to help my clients regain health, balance and wellbeing. I am a NZ registered Physiotherapist, Polestar Pilates, CoreAlign and Oov instructor.
Whilst living in Los Angeles, I became a mentor for the Polestar Comprehensive Teacher Training Programme based in El Segundo with Mette Hansen. I kept up to date with the latest innovations in movement therapy whilst working with clients at my Rehabilitation Studio in Valley Village, California.
I am now settled in Raumati South NZ and am providing a service to help clients regain strength, balance and wellbeing.
